The box arrived all smashed and crushed, and something feels off about how it was handled. It just looked really careless, like no one took much care with the packaging at all...

I bought this mouse from redragonzone.com, the sensor feels way off. Before anyone says it’s my setup, I tried different mouse pads, adjusted the settings, changed DPI, all that stuff, and it still acts weird. The cursor skips around sometimes, small movements don’t always register properly, and trying to aim in games is just frustrating. I really wanted to like it, but this has been a disappointing experience.

They took a long time to answer, and I had to send follow-up emails more than once, which felt a bit annoying. When they did reply, the answers were short too.
